Based in our Tunbridge Wells office with the rest of our team of Employee Benefit Specialists, you will support our existing clients and help us to acquire new clients, by: Providing outstanding customer support to our corporate clients and their employees Producing new business proposals for our team of Employee Benefit Consultants Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for our clients Onboarding new clients and implementing new benefit plans for our clients Developing and learning the skills needed to become one of our successful consultants Personal Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients and colleagues Have a strong desire to develop yourself Be happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment Have great attention to detail and organisational skills Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload Be willing to learn and pass appropriate exams Qualifications and experience If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too If you have some experience and qualifications in the Financial Services Industry that would be brilliant, but is not essential You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
