POLYFRAME has provided fenestration solutions to the construction industry for over 25 years. Manufacturing PVCu windows and doors
from our factory in Lenwade using two of the most trusted PVCu profiles, REHAU and Eurocell, we combine the highest quality
materials with our fenestration expertise to ensure our customers receive market leading service and quality.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover our East/South East of England regions.
You will be responsible for managing the sales region to meet and exceed business budgets for existing customers, ensuring ongoing
supply is secure and growth achieved year on year through adding value, cross selling products and removing dual sourcing. To
develop new business through selling group solution, prospecting and working with other departments to identify opportunities,
targets and onboard new accounts.
With essential experience within a Window, Doors, PVCu background, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to
flourish in a competitive industry. A High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well, achieve desired results
both individually and as part of a team with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
What we offer:
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours
Location: East/South East of England
