You'll be hands-on in training and performance coaching, fostering a positive and productive environment where each team member can thrive and deliver exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing performance management and ongoing development of your team, while also acting as an escalation point for complex queries and complaints. If you're passionate about people development, operational excellence, and delivering great customer outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Your keen eye for detail ensures processes are consistently followed, even when working under pressure.
Clear and confident in your communication, you handle everything from customer queries to team challenges with ease. Providing great service comes naturally to you, and you take pride in achieving fair, efficient outcomes. You’re also a practical thinker who stays composed under pressure, quickly finding solutions to problems as they arise.
Ideally, you’ll also have a grounding in a regulated financial services setting, giving you a strong understanding of industry requirements.
