Position: Team Leader (Day Shifts)
Compensation: £15.00 per hour, plus additional incentives
Schedule: Full-time, 7 am - 7 pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota

Primary Responsibilities
As Team Leader, the individual will provide the highest standard of care while promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. Responsibilities include:
Leading the team to deliver personalized care, respecting each resident's choice, dignity, and independence
Supporting caregivers in providing personal care and daily assistance, such as washing, dressing, and eating
Administering medication accurately
Providing input during shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
Upholding a positive, resident-centred environment
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
Minimum one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting
Understanding of person-centred care principles and safeguarding
Full driver’s license
Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to signs of abuse
Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
Preferred Skills and Experience
Two years’ experience in a similar role in a care or nursing home
Experience in dementia care
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or above
Previous team management experience
