There is one 1.0 WTE post, full time (37hrs) and part-time hours will be considered and should be noted on application. As the successful applicant, you will have experience of working with people with a wide range of mental health problems and have current knowledge of best practice in Mental Health Nursing. The post holder will work in partnership to provide psychosocial and psychological interventions, facilitating, enabling and supporting people within their homes and communities. There will be a requirement to provide a supervisory role to junior members of staff within the nursing team, and to fulfil the CMHS Duty Worker role. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team you will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as a core component of your role.
