Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for larger and more bespoke projects and will also be expected to delegate effectively and help the less experienced team members to develop and grow their skills. You will be the main project lead & client contact for multiple corporate and potential private events including LIVE and virtual corporate events, in the UK and abroad. You will be working with event budgets from £25k to £500k. including unusual and complex projects for an audience of up to 2000 attendees. You will be responsible for creating multiple innovative and compelling proposals in response to new projects for confirmed and not yet confirmed events. You will attend, manage and lead client meeting and presentations independently. You will lead on full financial responsibility for your projects, ensuring high target margins are achieved. You will have the creative freedom to express your own event ideas and concepts for your projects, working alongside your project team. You will be responsible for securing the best venues and suppliers while working hard to negotiate the best prices and commissions, while still delivering a premium client experience. This will include attending networking events and venue invitations. You will be responsible for the full management of logistics, travel, and delegate management on all your projects, making sure the project and team are on track. You will oversee and provide solutions on show content (graphics, presentations, video, technical elements, etc.) To solely oversee and manage all elements of your event including install, de-rig and live event. To lead and manage the event and client liaison: To relay updated information to the client and the wider team, keeping the project on track and budget. To manage, create and oversee sub-teams to work alongside you to effectively keep the event on track. To manage and support suppliers, to ensure that the event runs smoothly and on track. You will be responsible for leading all the post-event tasks relating to each of your projects. Including but not limited to the financial reconciliation, leading the client debrief (if applicable) and the internal MGN team debrief, bringing forward excellent improvement opportunities for future projects.
