About the Role:
My client, a leader in providing cutting-edge audio-visual solutions, is looking for an experienced AV Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that specialises in creating dynamic and engaging AV environments for a wide range of industries.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business, developing new client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored audio-visual solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Audio-Visual space and be ready to hit the ground running, bringing in new business immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the audio-visual sector.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their AV needs.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
* Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical staff and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Performance Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and key metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the audio-visual or technology sectors.
* Strong understanding of audio-visual products, systems, and solutions, including AV integration, video conferencing, and digital signage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Experience with quote creation, contract negotiation, and delivering sales presentations.
* A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
