The Funding and Data Officer will play an important role within the QMIST team and supporting the College at large. You will be part of a team that leads on the processes associated with areas of curriculum provision; from enrolment and programme changes, through to completion and achievement recording. This will include ensuring all funding rules put in place by the Education and Skills Funding Agency are understood, actioned and met and data is accurately processed before each Individual Learner Record return. This will include amending practices and guidance when changes occur and ensuring the College remains compliant. To be successful in the role you will demonstrate excellent understanding of curriculum data and have knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, the associated funding requirements and regulations. You will have a keen customer focus and high levels of accuracy in your work. You should also be able to demonstrate high-level skills in IT, literacy and be positive and friendly. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to review others work and provide guidance and support to ensure processes meet all internal and external expectations.
