What you'll do
The Partners Operations Analyst - Direct Sales Deal Desk will be the first team member to establish Sales Deal Operations. Candidate will be responsible for working Direct deals, growing the business and working closely with Sales and the Customer. This will be achieved by processing Direct deals, becoming the subject matter expert on all processes related to Opportunity Management & Quoting, closing and winning of deals. Examples of activities include sales enablement, quoting, order form/purchase order management, and working cross functionally with various customers.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Partner Deal Operations manager.
Responsibility:
* Perform opportunity management create/manage Quotes
* Work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Revenue Operations, and the Customer
* Support Docusign Sales reps with back office activities, becoming the subject matter expert on the processes to close deals
* Quote creation and management. Obtain proper approvals for quotes and ensure information is transmitted correctly to associated parties
* Ensure Order Form is correct and submitted to Customers. Steward this process from beginning to end, ensuring timely handoffs and performing timely operational procedures
* Have a learning attitude, willing to adjust and be adaptable. Processes and priorities change
* Support Sales in ensuring the opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely. Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data quality
* Sales Enablement: Continuously provide enablement and training to Sales regarding processes to increase Sales’ understanding of Docusign’s processes
* Help drive quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process
* Apart of the larger Deal Operations organization. May also work with customers as needed
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What you bring
Basic Qualifications:
* 2+ years working in sales back office roles - quoting, order processing etc
* Fluent English, both verbal and written
* Salesforce experience is a must
* Quoting experience
* Understanding the basics of Opportunities Quotes and the sales/operational cycles around them
* Familiarity with opportunity management
* If you did Opportunities Quotes in a channel setting (Resell/Distribution etc) that is a plus as well
* Working hours will be: 10am -7pm (Cairo time). This may shift per business needs 1-2 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Apttus/CPQ/Various quoters + Order form + Purchase Order experience
* Nice to have: understanding of the overall sales cycle and process Direct and channel
* 2+ years of experience working with Opportunities and Quotes
