About the role of Senior Technical Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Architect or Engineer to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a the next phase of a large scheme in East London. This phase is set to deliver 450 units over multiple high rise blocks ranging between 10 and 30 storeys.

This role will be site-based reporting to a Senior Technical Manager and will be part of an established team consisting of a Technical Manager another Technical Coordinator and Senior Coordinator. While being site based role, this opportunity also offers a good level of flexible working.


Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role

* Experience working with a main contractor or developer or consultancy
* Experience working on residential projects
* Experience with R/C frame projects
* Delivery experience
