Nustaff Recruitment has been instructed by a local client based in Caldicot who are seeking a part-time assistant to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities:
1. Input and process sales orders, including uploading orders from websites to in-house stock and accounting system.
2. Ensure efficient communication and excellent customer service.
3. Handle post-sales queries and provide product support.
4. Perform general office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in IT, specifically in Excel and Oracle-based systems.
2. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a flexible environment.
5. A good team worker essential as well as a good sense of humour.
Hours and Salary
4 hours per day, 5 days per week
£12.75 per hour
