Senior Regional Operations Director - South
Salary: £75,000 per annum + £5k car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Overview:
You will oversee and lead a team of Regional Operations Directors while driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance across a portfolio of care homes in the Essex and Hertfordshire region. Your role will focus on achieving full regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service standards for our residents.

Experience / Qualification:
1. Practical experience of working in a regional role for a minimum of 2 years.
2. Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes; business mileage will be paid.
3. Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adult Residential Management) Wales and Northern Ireland.
4. Have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector.
