Protocol are working closely with a College based in Preston in their search for an experienced Exams Access Arrangements Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing current documentation for students with High Needs Funding (HNF) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP). Your key task will be to assess and determine each student’s specific needs for access arrangements, completing Form 9 as required.
This position is essential to ensure that all students have the necessary support to succeed in their exams. Your careful analysis and recommendations will directly impact students' ability to perform to their best abilities under equitable conditions.
We are therefore seeking individuals that are meticulous and organised and that have relevant experience.
The Role:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Contract: Temporary (initially until Christmas, with the possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing Documentation: Examine existing HNF and EHCP documentation for each student to identify specific access requirements.
* Access Arrangements Evaluation: Complete Form 9 to document and formalize the access arrangements each student requires.
* Collaboration: Liaise with the educational and support teams to ensure thorough understanding and accurate documentation of each student's needs.
* Compliance: Ensure all arrangements comply with relevant guidelines and standards
