We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and friendly Practice Manager to join our well-established practice.

Main duties of the job
* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management/running of the surgery and administration of staff.
* Organise GP Locums as and when in accordance with Locum Procedures.
* Responsible for the security, repairs, insurance, and maintenance of the premises, services, and equipment.
* Handling patient inquiries, complaints/compliments, overseeing the complaints procedure.
* Practice PPG Lead - Coordinate patient participation meetings for patients, with the aim of improving or maintaining a quality service.
* Payroll submission to Accountant system.
* Bookkeeping and HR management, including recruitment ensuring quality standards and CQC compliance.
* Maintaining high scores for QOF and enhanced services work.
* Managing the telephone systems.
* Assisting accountants, where necessary, with regard to end of year accounts.
* Managing staff (annual leave/sick) using Clarity Team Net system.
* Organise and oversee staff induction and training, and ensure that all staff are adequately trained to fulfill their role.
* Support and mentor staff, both as individuals and as team members. Support the PCN for the practice to deliver the targets/projects.
* Attend federations meeting.
* Manage Portals - Primary Care Workforce Portal/CQRS jointly with Partners/National Health Service Spine.

Job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated full-time GP Practice Manager to join our friendly team.
The main areas of the role include:
* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management/running of the surgery.
* Staff administration, HR management, and recruiting.
* Estate management of the practice building - organising repairs and planning for improvements, liaising with building owners as part of Lease reviews.
Candidates must have Medical Practice Management experience, be able to demonstrate good communication, governance and organisation, strategic vision, leadership, and team building skills to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Previous experience as a GP practice manager with knowledge of EMIS, CQC requirements, QOF, and enhanced services are essential.
A dedicated administration team will support you closely with our Partners.
