The Brand Identity Manager for Cytiva is responsible collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization as well as external partners to ensure consistent implementation of brand codes in internal and external communications. This position is part of the Global brand experience team and will be located onsite in Amersham, UK. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: - Develop and embed better understanding of our brand and identity across the business. This includes answering questions and managing conversations with associates and external partners about the use of our identity as well as management of external vendor, agency and freelance relationships. - Protect our brand and help associates translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies to ensure all design work meets quality standards and brand guidelines (Note: this could be rolled into bullet 5) - Support the Brand Strategy Manager in projects that aim to gain or improve brand recognition, increase revenue and meet Cytiva's long-term business goals. - Responsible for the brand portal's maintenance and management as well as for the management and development of the Brand Identity Helpdesk. Respond to enquiries that come into the team via the Brand Portal, mailbox, or teams channel for design feedback and support applying our brand and design guidelines. This includes offering constructive guidance on the application of the identity when reviewing work, and escalating queries to senior members of the team when needed. - Support the creation and delivery of brand and design training content, materials and programs to associates, agencies, and partners across all areas of the business and all global markets. Who you are: - Experience of brand management or delivering design in an in-house or agency role. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, brand management or similar. - Demonstrable understanding of the role visual and verbal identity plays in building brands. - Understanding and appreciation of the creative and design process with the ability to articulate constructive feedback concisely, and direction clearly. - Good project and agency management skills, including writing and delivering briefs, clarifying goals, evaluating outcomes against the brief, reporting, and delivering work on time and within budget.
