Exclusively working with this family-owned, dynamic group of companies to identify an Executive Business Assistant who will support the Managing Director and GM across 2 local sites.

Exciting opportunity for a self-starter and proactive problem solver, someone who is flexible given the dynamic nature of the business and operations.
The day-to-day will involve managing the Managing Director's diary, emails, calls, and client management. Coordinating the flow of information to the senior leadership team, travel and calendar management and planning, providing accounting information for processing orders and invoicing across the group, and planning events while delivering communications throughout the business.
To succeed in this role you will be:
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision and deliver in the role.
* Possessing a good level of administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
* A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to communicate effectively with customer service knowledge.
* Demonstrating outstanding presentation skills, flexibility, and an eagerness to tackle challenges.
