About the Role:
We’re looking for a go-getter AC Sales Engineer who knows air conditioning inside and out and can turn leads into sales. You’ll be out on the road, meeting clients, answering leads and designing the right AC solutions. Once you’ve locked in the sale, our team in the office takes care of the rest.
If you love closing deals, building relationships, and making things happen, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Knowing the product – Understanding air conditioning systems, design, and installation.
2. Handling leads – Responding to inbound inquiries and turning them into real sales.
3. Going after new business – Finding new clients, building relationships, and expanding our market presence.
4. Closing deals – Once the sale is made, our office team takes over for project delivery.
5. Driving around the Northwest – Meeting clients, making deals, and keeping the sales pipeline active.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven AC experience – At least 5 years in air conditioning sales, design, or a related field.
2. A self-starter – Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait around.
3. Tech-savvy – Comfortable using a phone, laptop, and sales software.
4. Strong communicator – Can explain technical AC solutions in a way that makes sense to clients.
5. Sales-driven – Hungry to hit targets and earn commission.
