Job Description
* Player manager
* Contracts £m to £5m
* Managing a team of BDM's across the UK
* Securing large contracts in the Healthcare & Education Sector
* Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
* Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
* Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Strong business sense and industry expertise in business services.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
* Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
