Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Executive at our head office in Burton Village, Cheshire. As a key member of our organisation, you will work alongside our Business Development Director, focusing on promoting our specialised recruitment services across all our divisions. Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: Grow sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic customer accounts. Maintain and expand key accounts through effective relationship management. Order Processing and Quoting: Process orders accurately and concisely. Deliver precise and competitive rate quotes to clients. Customer Expectations Management: Manage customer delivery expectations confidently and efficiently. Conduct both telephone sales and face-to-face site meetings to strengthen client relationships. Supplier Relationship Management: Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer needs. Requirements: Proven background in a sales role, either telephone or face-to-face. Experience in winning new customers and business. Sales & Business Development experience in a recruitment agency environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong IT skills. Must be a team player.
