Your objective will be to build customer category insight presentations and provide the Sales team & customer with excellent analysis and information.
Duties
Coordinate & execute Product Development launches internally and externally within budget and on time
Deliver plans to optimise performance in line with agreed budgets
Create & deliver product landscape reviews and build action plans
Create & deliver category insight plans for customers
Manage customer complaints effectively
Develop & prepare presentations for customers, product meetings and trade fairs
Participate in the tender process with the Sales team
Support customer audits and lead the delivery of follow up action
Support with forecasting, costing process, stock management and sales analysis internally
Essential for this role
Previous marketing / product development experience within a FMCG organisation
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
