Youll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area. Youll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so youll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents dignity at all times. Heres some other important things you need to know: Youll conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received Youll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.
