Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Property Services Manager to work from our new office in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
The successful candidate needs to be a team player, understand current processes, and bring new ideas to assist in our continued success and development for work secured and new opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have already worked in a construction environment and either currently manage a team of operatives or have previously.
About the Role:
* Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office
* Manage a small team of operatives
* Responsible for contract management on projects up to £4 million
* Experience in pricing and producing quotes/tenders
* Close liaison with clients and customers
* Adhere to and implement site Health and Safety
* Write and check method statements and risk assessments
* Direct and sub-contractor management and resourcing
* Produce contract RAMs and CPPs as required
About the Candidate:
* Experience in planned, refurbishment, and development type contracts
* Excellent construction knowledge
* Self-motivated as well as a motivator
* Must have SMSTS, first aid, and CSCS card
* Competent in risk assessments and method statements
* Compliant with H&S procedures and CDM
