The opportunity
This is an opportunity to join our Strategy team. We’re a kaleidoscope of minds. From brand, marketing, and communication strategists to education, social mobility, careers, co-creation and content strategists.
Your role
Are you a passionate Senior Brand Strategist or ambitious Brand Strategist ready to step up and join our growing strategy team(HC1) ? Do you firmly believe that companies have an important role to play in building a fairer, healthier, happier and thriving world for young people?
In this role you will use your knowledge of brands, culture and earned campaigns to drive strategic thinking, develop client relationships, and create award-winning work that impacts young people. You will work collaboratively with agency teams to ensure our strategies align with client goals and youth culture.

You can expect to have the following responsibilities:
You will plan and deliver effective campaign strategies that positively impact young people and brands and measure outcomes
* You will identify opportunities and compelling insights, turning them into inspiring briefs for our creative and content teams and acting as a strategic guardian to keep the process on brief
* You will deputise for the strategy director when required, leading and managing the strategy on client campaigns
* You will champion the role of strategy within the agency by sharing insights, best practice and learning with the wider team
* You will foster client relationships and identify opportunities to engage young people within client portfolios
* You will support new business initiatives
* You will explore new technologies to streamline and enhance/supplement our strategic processes
Requirements
* You have 4+ years experience delivering effective campaigns in brand and earned strategy
* You are passionate about the cultural issues that matter to young people and their families
* You understand the strategy and content approaches that build engagement with young people
* You have experience of strategy and implementation in a variety of tech and social platforms, including gaming activations and influencer campaigns
* You are an advocate for new tech solutions (e.g., gen AI)
* You have proven analytical, research and problem-solving skills
* You enjoy working collaboratively across departments
* You are a big-picture thinker with ideas and solutions for any scale or channel
* You have excellent data, communication, and relationship-building skills
* You have strong storytelling skills and ability to craft compelling presentations
* You have a solid understanding of marketing theory, strategic best practice and industry trends
