The business is experiencing rapid growth and requires a finance professional to bring strong technical skills, strategic insight, and operational efficiency to help steer financial performance and reporting during this transformative phase. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports. Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities. Support budget and forecast preparation, ensuring alignment with the business’s growth objectives and strategic goals. Stakeholder Management Cash Flow and Financial Planning Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and support the business’s expansion needs. Contribute to long-term financial planning by modelling financial scenarios and assessing potential investment opportunities. Process Improvement and Control Review and streamline current financial processes, implementing efficiencies where possible. Ensure all financial controls align with PE-backed requirements, including risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. Ad Hoc Projects Work on ad hoc financial projects, such as system upgrades, acquisition integration, or finance transformation initiatives, as directed by the CFO or Finance Director.
