Our Key Account Administrators
Report to the Key Account Director and support the Key Account Managers in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role involves administrative tasks, client communication, and coordination to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external Customers, supporting our Customer Charter
* Act as a supporting point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist in managing client accounts, including updating records, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports in line with company procedures and policies.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on products/services.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, scheduling, portal admin, billing and customer care) to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
* Support Account Managers with maintaining documentation related to client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
* Generate and analyse reports on account performance in line with requirements from the Key Account Director.
* Identify and resolve client issues following analysis of systems and dashboards, escalating complex problems to the Key Account Manager and/or Key Account Director as needed.
* Develop strong relationships with internal departments to ensure a collaborative approach in making sure we deliver best in class customer service.

This is a full time office based role, occasional travel may be required for client meetings.
