Job Description
As part of the role you will take full ownership of the reception and all associated areas ensuring that the reception areas are kept in impeccable order at all times, liaising with cleaners, facilities, security and other departments as deemed necessary. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests and visitors and providing assistance where needed.
Other responsibilities:
1. To collate and deliver accurate reports on all aspects of information as requested from the client and senior management.
2. Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services.
3. Administration including Booking meeting rooms, Taxi Requests, Couriers and management of all post and deliveries.
4. Provide a high level of customer focus to meet the business needs.
5. To receive/answer calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the callers’ requirements and transferring calls as appropriate.
6. Where appropriate, reporting of accidents or incidents.
7. Monitor and maintain the back area, ensuring the fire exit is clear of any obstruction. To ensure appropriate escalation to the client is made as soon as possible and as such, not causing a fire hazard.
This is a full time position working 40 hours, any 5 over 7
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
8. Working knowledge of IT with experience in using Microsoft Office Skills
9. Good interpersonal skills, flexible to work with a range of styles and personalities and according to business demands
10. Excellent customer service skills as well as organisational skills
11. Strong efficiency and self-motivated with excellent punctuality
12. Outgoing with a “can do” proactive attitude
13. Be innovative and provide creativity
