JOB ROLE: Tech Clerk / Document Controller - This isnt a general admin role, We need someone strong in the following duties below
The type of project: Energy from Waste Plant
Location of Project: Northwich, Cheshire
Hours: 45hrs per week Mon- Fri, 12pm finish on Friday
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12-18 Months
Duties will include:
* Experience on construction sites/sub-contractor roles (preferably E&I)
* Document control experience (use of Procore, Sharepoint, digital toolbox would be hugely beneficial)
* Process driven and attention to detail (understanding document process flows, who they need to receive documents from, what they need to do with them, developing understanding of the documents and what they are used for). Examples will be managing the inputting of labour allocation sheets, daily field reports etc.
* Collating and distributing information (managing document transmittals, understanding the information distribution matrix, what information needs to be issued to who etc)
* Working in a fast paced environment (deadlines on all tasks to meet document submission deadlines imposed by the client)
The rates will be from £16 - £20 depending on experience
