Job Summary
The Department of Radiology in Hull has a long established Vascular, Neurovascular and Non Vascular interventional service which is an ever expanding field. The interventional service functions mainly Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm daily but offers an urgent 24hr on call service. We offer a Day Patient service where patients are nursed in the Radiology Day Unit, and we also care for patients from all other areas of the Trust.
We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, are reliable and have a passion for the provision of high quality care to improve patient experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and organised Clinical Support Worker to join our friendly team.
The ability to adapt and work flexibly and communicate well at all levels is essential. The successful applicant will be required to participate in the on call rota after appropriate training.

Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting the registered nurse in the delivery of direct patient care, for patients undergoing interventional radiological procedures. This includes delivering patient care and includes patient transfers between Radiology and other areas, as well as some clerical duties, including the use of trust systems.
