What you’ll do As Associate Enterprise Reporting Analyst you’ll be: Continuously enhance Costa’s semantic data models to align with evolving business needs. Design and maintain business reporting models to ensure accurate and insightful data delivery. Drive the ongoing development of Power BI, adopting new features to maximize efficiency. Increase automation in global enterprise reporting while ensuring data integrity through regular validation and monitoring. Provide business teams with actionable data and insights to support strategic decision-making. Partner with key stakeholders to identify requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure the right information is delivered effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training schedules and support report adoption. Ensure analysts and report consumers feel engaged, informed, and confident using Power BI to extract insights. Leverage data and insights to shape transformation projects and improve how we serve our stores. Maximize the value of analytical tools by ensuring they provide the right information to the right people at the right time. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Proficient in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M language, with a strong understanding of relational databases. Expertise in Power Automate and the ability to manipulate data effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with an inquisitive nature to uncover new insights Experience in working within a Data & Analytics team in a matrix organization. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively. MS Office super user with a solid BI user skillset.
