In return we can offer Induction and Clinical Training for 2 weeks and 2 days. Up to five days of driver training delivered by our specialist driver training team if you have a IHCD or FutureQuals driving qualification or 4 weeks if you do not hold Trust approved emergency driving qualification. Regular clinical updates Access to continuing professional development (CPD) Occupational Health support along with an Employee Assistance Programme The finer details: The clinical training programme is not residential so you will need to be able to get to our Education Centre in Whiteley or Bicester on your own and at your own cost. Please note training is Monday - Friday during the day and you will need to commit to the full course. If your application demonstrates that you are what we are looking for, then you will be invited to an online interview which will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. A fitness assessment will also be required and will take place from one of our Education Centres in either Bicester, Newbury or Whiteley. All successful candidates who are offered a job with us will have to undertake employment checks as part of our recruitment process, including, an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) check, which SCAS will fund, clearance from our Occupational Health department, references, ID and right to work verification.
