The manager will have overall responsibility for fundraising at Suffolk Mind, leading a small but dedicated team. They will lead in the development and implementation of the fundraising and donor strategy as well as managing the community fundraising, grants, trusts and foundations making the most of all resources and opportunities available. Full time - 37 hours per week £32,000.00 - £35,500.00 per annum (depending on experience) Suffolk Office Base (Felixstowe, Ipswich, Saxmundham or Bury St Edmunds, to be discussed at Interview) Hybrid working available Key requirements for this role: An experienced Fundraising Manager ideally from the charity sector, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Flexible working to accommodate weekend and evening work when necessary. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to promote the charity to a range of audiences. Knowledge of funding mechanisms and good practice in accordance with requirements of Chartered Institute of Fundraising. Able to listen effectively and respond to phone calls and emails from distressed supporters. While a driving license or access to a vehicle is not essential, it would be beneficial as travel around Suffolk is a requirement of the role.
