About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at one of the UK’s most iconic destinations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a stunning, historic location. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the operation, ensuring outstanding service standards, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management:Manage and motivate a team of chefs, waitstaff, and bar personnel, ensuring high performance and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
* Operational Excellence:Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service in all areas, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
* Quality Control:Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
* Budget & Stock Management:Oversee budgets, manage stock levels, and ensure cost-effective ordering and supplier relationships, while driving sustainability and reducing waste.
* Guest Experience:Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a personalised experience for all guests.
* Event Coordination:Work closely with event coordinators to deliver top-notch food and beverage services for private events, weddings, and special occasions.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a senior role within a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.
* A passion for food and beverage with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues at all levels.
* Experience in budget management, stock control, and understanding of cost-effective practices in the F&B sector.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in a luxury or prestigious setting is highly desirable but not essential.
