Updating systems with notes and action points. Manage complaints and prevent escalations. Liase with various parts of the business. Experience: Experience in a similar role is advantageous. Key skills in Microsoft packages (Outlook & Teams) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work under your own initiative.
