With almost 300 employees and 150 volunteers, the People & Culture team leads on attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent to support these objectives.
About the role:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process for our diverse range of candidates who support people with learning disabilities.
As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, aligning with our values to uphold the highest standards in learning disability support and organisational collaboration. This will include supporting a part-time Recruitment Advisor with Learning Disabilities.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advert design, interviewing, and preparing job offers, your friendly approach will ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. You will also have a keen eye for detail, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission safer recruitment (training provided).
Travel to other locations, including Poole and Portsmouth, will be required, for which you will need to have your own transport.
