Reed Brighton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading company in the digital print industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both large and small format sales and possess a strong technical understanding of print and fabrication processes. Day-to-Day of the Role: Drive sales and achieve annual targets between £300,000 - £500,000. Identify and target potential customer groups to expand market reach. Actively create and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients. Update CRM systems daily to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions. Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and client needs. Seek, establish, and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Solve problems efficiently and effectively, providing reliable solutions to clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ experience in large and small format sales within the digital print industry. Strong technical understanding of print and fabrication processes. Proven ability to break into new markets and generate significant sales. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
