Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing company based in Chesterfield in their search for an Administrator with a strong background in export. Duties and Responsibilities Arranging hauliers for UK shipments, processing delivery notes and invoices. Managing essential export documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Communicating with key external partners including shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and laws, helping to mitigate any potential risks. Resolving shipping or customs-related issues efficiently to avoid delays or complications. Presenting final export documents to the bank or directly to the customer for collection or payment. The ideal candidate will bring: A positive person with a can-do attitude Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think on their feet and resolve issues quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, for tracking and managing key documentation. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 16:45pm.
