We are now strengthening our Marketing team in our Ipswich Head Offices with the new and exciting role of Onboard Marketing Executive. Working 35 hours per week, this role is split between office/home-based work (50%) and onboard our ships (50%) worldwide, offering you the chance to travel and immerse yourself in the heart of our cruise experience. As our Onboard Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across both physical and digital touchpoints on our ships, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience that drives loyalty and advocacy. You will also create and capture content in real-time, sharing the magic of our cruise experiences with our growing social media audience. The role involves collaborating with onboard teams, gathering guest feedback, and working with the brand and design teams to produce branded collateral. Additionally, the executive will align onboard marketing efforts with overall brand campaigns, provide feedback to inform future strategies, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve brand communication. You will have strong copywriting and smartphone-based photography and video skills, as well as excellent knowledge of working within brand guidelines to deliver consistent, attractive materials. Furthermore, you will be experienced in the production and delivery of brand-enhancing marketing materials, in addition to creating captivating social media content which has grown audiences and engagement. A marketing or business degree is preferred, but not essential, as is travel (ideally cruise) industry experience.
