What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to join our School Improvement Team. The Deputy Headteacher (School Improvement Team) is a cross-academy role, responsible for supporting Executive Leaders & Headteachers in the continuous improvement of The Basildon Academies.
The successful candidate will work directly for the trust, reporting directly to the Trust CEO, providing professional leadership and management capacity across our schools.
This exciting opportunity offers the successful candidate scope to lead and drive strategies that support our schools to continue to deliver improvements in curriculum, teaching, learning and overall effectiveness.
Additionally, the role will allow you to forge constructive relationships beyond the trust, working in partnership with the local community, external providers and agencies.
