A rewarding opportunity is available for Nurse Associates and to undertake a two-year apprenticeship for the 'top-up/transition' Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship in the September 2025 cohort, for the Adult Nursing pathway.
If successful, you will attend University of Brighton to undertake the degree, via the apprenticeship scheme which allows staff to complete a qualification while working. This combines studying at university and 'on-the-job' learning with practice placements. Your tuition fees will all be paid for by the apprenticeship scheme.
The course will allow you to develop your skills and experience whilst providing excellent person-centred care. You will be expected to work as a member of a designated clinical team, delivering healthcare which focuses on the needs of the patient by carrying out specific tasks and responsibilities as directed by registered practitioners.
