Job Description: This role is business critical to ensure delivery of revenue growth and profitability improvement across key customers Asda, Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl. Given these are key growth channels and play a significant role In SCM, this role works alongside the commercial team to ensure MW Is winning sustainably In these channels. What are we looking for? Proven understanding and working knowledge across key revenue management pillars of price, promotional analytics/optimisation, customer investments and mix. Strong financial skills, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L Ability to analyse a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights, forming recommendations and influencing through the business. Ability to simplify complex concepts and strategies for others with pragmatic solutions encompassing multiple stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to stand alone and challenge the status quo. What will be your key responsibilities? Lead the deployment of SRM initiatives in-year (CPIs, PPA changes) Design and execute conditional JBPs/customer agreements Ensure positive promotional ROI Quantify customer risks & opportunities to reach a mutual solution and ensure all key financial metrics are met What can you expect from Mars?
