About the Role: As a Senior Social Worker, you will: Work confidently and increasingly autonomously with a wide variety and complexity of cases. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective support plans using a strengths-based approach. Safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their rights are protected. Collaborate effectively with partner agencies and community resources. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other professionals. Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and service.
