Main duties of the job About the Role As a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people across a range of conditions. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.
