Department Overview
The Marketing Department encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at understanding customer needs, creating value propositions, and effectively communicating these propositions to our customers and target audiences.
The Brand & Planning team are the custodians of the Dunelm brand, owning the annual brand strategy and supporting communications plan to increase consumers perceptions of Dunelm.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing the Dunelm brand to life by developing best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns. This role reports into the Senior Marketing Manager, and works to support end-to-end delivery of all marketing campaigns.
