Teaching Personnel is working closely with a school in Salford that is actively seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Year 4. The successful candidate will work in a well-rated school that is committed to fostering the spiritual, physical, social, and intellectual development of all students, regardless of their abilities. This is a full-time role (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) starting after Easter. The Role: Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored educational activities. Offer one-to-one support to SEN students, helping them achieve their learning goals. Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students. Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEN students. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to support the holistic development of students. Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Relevant experience working with students with SEN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
