In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to supervisors and colleagues in our Sales Order Processing and Customer Service team. You will help maintain and develop inter-departmental workflows with the aim to improve customer satisfaction. Following through any agreed outcomes and ensuring that these are completed, along with liaising with internal departments including Accounts, Manufacturing, Stores, and Transport.
Responsibilities:
* Processing orders, resolving customer issues, and answering queries within agreed time frames.
* Administrative tasks including completion of internal documents and dashboards to support inter-departmental workflows.
* Practical support, fact finder, and runner between departments.
* Providing multi-skilled help wherever needed, and cover for absence.
* Understanding of interaction with Batching, Manufacturing, Stores, and Transport.
* Triaging complaints and resolving them within agreed time frames.
We are looking for someone with a can-do approach and a strong background in Customer Service and Administration. Efficient use of Microsoft Office applications, strong attention to detail, problem solving, action planning, and the ability to influence others to quickly resolve issues are essential.
