Job Purpose Be responsible for growing sales revenue, room nights for core partners, margins, and passenger volumes for the assigned customer segments and B2C sales channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2C/Direct clients through market research, networking, web/social media monitoring, cold calling, and email campaigns. Act as EKH ambassador and organize and attend roadshows, conferences, consumer, and trade fairs on a regular basis to generate leads and identify new business opportunities for sustainable business growth. In collaboration with the marketing team, create and execute bespoke plans to support sales strategies for assigned B2C channels. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify in-demand trends, develop proposals, and deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase EKHs unique value proposition to prospective clients and existing customer demographic. Regular cold-calling to communities to leverage the Emirates Holidays product and brand USPs, new product launches and latest offerings and gain valuable feedback to share with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with various event management companies & Associations, stakeholder groups DMCs and Tourism and Promotion boards to leverage EKH Products/USPs and tap into Mice and Affinity groups. Collaborate with BDMs to help organise and deliver regular Workshops/Training & Webinar sessions. This will also entail representing Emirates Holidays and hosting clients/business partners at Hospitality events in a professional manner. Analyze industry trends, tour operating competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities to develop effective strategies, keeping an eye out for specific consumer trends. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and community stakeholders for B2C acquisition, repeat business and positive word of mouth referrals. Qualifications & Experience University degree in Business Management, Marketing/Sales or any related discipline. Experience isessential and preferably within the travel industry in Tour Operating and/or Retail Travel. Knowledge & Skills Strong customer service orientation and inter-personal skills Knowledge of working on marketing plans and preparing budgets to support objectives and deliver on targeted KPIs. A thorough understanding of Direct and Indirect sales channels within a tour operating environment. A solid understanding of product curation, tailor-made itinerary building for small to large groups and destination knowledge is essential. Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate to an audience. An individual with high influencing negotiation skills and a strong commitment to achieve. Advance skills in MS Office & MS Teams, with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point. Knowledge of CRS/GDS system is an advantage. Ability to plan, organize and multitask to deliver to stretching deadlines. An effective problem solver with strong decision-making skills.
