Responsibilities
•Strategic Planning:
o Develop and maintain theorganization's IT architecture roadmap.
o AlignIT architecture with business strategies and objectives.
o Conduct technology assessments and feasibilitystudies.
o Identify emerging technologies and theirpotential impact on the organization.
• Architecture Design:
o Design anddocument highlevel IT architecture blueprints.
o Definestandards guidelines and best practices for ITarchitecture.
o Ensure consistency and interoperabilityacross IT systems.
o Model and analyze complex ITsystems.
• TechnologyGovernance:
o Establish and enforce ITarchitecture governance processes.
o Review and approveIT projects and initiatives.
o Ensure compliance with ITstandards and regulations.
•Solution Architecture:
o Collaborate withbusiness and IT stakeholders to define solutionrequirements.
o Design and document detailed solutionarchitectures.
o Evaluate and select appropriatetechnologies and vendors.
o Oversee the implementationof IT solutions.
• TechnicalLeadership:
o Provide technical guidance andmentorship to IT teams.
o Stay uptodate with industrytrends and emerging technologies.
o Foster a culture ofinnovation and continuous improvement.
