We are searching for a Dynamics Support Analyst who will be crucial in supporting and maintaining core business applications. This role involves providing operational support for Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance F&SCM), managing system upgrades, and working closely with users and suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365, escalating to 3rd parties where needed
2. Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance
3. Perform data administration, reporting, and system security tasks
4. Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features
5. Proven experience in operational support for IT software, including 1st–3rd line support coordination
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and F&SCM
7. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and the software development lifecycle
8. Experience with business application upgrades and managing third-party issue resolution
