As an Account Manager you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships. You’ll manage a select portfolio of 2-5 key clients, ensuring their needs are met while uncovering new opportunities for growth. This is not just about maintaining the status quo; you’ll be instrumental in driving new business from existing accounts and exploring fresh sales avenues.
Responsibilities
* You’ll develop and nurture long-lasting connections with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
* Engage with key business executives and stakeholders, providing insightful sales reports and updates to keep them informed and satisfied.
* You’ll be the face of the company at client sites across the UK, ensuring that we are always in tune with their needs.
* Address client queries efficiently, identifying opportunities for further collaboration and business expansion.
* Work closely with internal teams across various functions to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service within the waste management sector, or closely related fields.
* You’re comfortable using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
* You have a proven track record of building strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
