As the Head of Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the mechanical services department. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team management, project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in delivering mechanical services.

Responsibilities
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
* Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in mechanical services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in project management tools and software.
* Enhanced DBS clearance required.
* A legal right to work in the UK.
